What Satan Doesn't Want You to Know, Part II
PART II of IV ~
If Satan had truly had the ability of foresight, he would have done just the opposite of his actions on
Satan’s lack of insight gave us forgiveness, and mercy, and hope, and power over him. God is all-powerful over everything, including Satan and his cronies. As God’s children, we have Him living in us, so we have the power to defeat Satan when he comes knocking. Satan no longer holds any power over us. Promoting Jesus’ death was the absolute worst possible thing Satan could do to himself.
So, great, you say. We got salvation, but how do we know that Satan hasn’t smarted up by now? He was short-sighted back then, but goodness knows he’s been at this long enough. The answer to that lies right here, now, two thousand and six years after Satan’s fall at
If Satan had really smarted up by now, we would be in serious trouble. But he hasn’t, and I’ll give you the reason why. He’s still attacking you, trying to bring you down and take revenge on God. But—as with his first fatal error—Satan keeps making the same mistake over and over. And what is it? It is simply this: Satan persists in attacking you. He perseveres in throwing kinks into your life—always trying to draw your eyes away from God. But, as with his first critical mistake, Satan cannot see the deadly consequences of his actions.
